Day 3! What I ate today!

Day 3 of my healthy lifestyle & mindset journey ! I am doing intermittent fasting but had no lunch plenty of water and this amazing dinner! Baked potato, pesto mushrooms, with a little cheese. Spinach, tomatoes, coleslaw and hummus 😍 I worked out , took lil man park and left the car for school runs πŸ™πŸΎπŸƒπŸΎβ€β™€οΈ you wait results pending!!
