I started the Chloe Tings Shred Challenge

Just finished my @chloe_t Shred Challenge and wow I am sweating buckets and feel good! Also started a detox and on smoothies & juice for two meals a day with Shred for two weeks ! Oh and to those that frown at work out or health posts! I posted this to hold MYSELF accountable!
